Here are some knife defense drills. They are better than many that I have seen, but watch some of the knife attacks in the fight videos section and decide if they will work.

The first attack won\'t happen in many situations, but the second one will... so why would you cut out him showing how to defend against the real-deal attack? Might wanna fix that.
